The tournament will be held according to PDGA A-Tier standards and rules.
Players must be PDGA members to be able to signup up for the event.
No consumption of alcohol is allowed for players starting at 30 minute to designated tee of time, and until returning of the scorecard. No consumption of other illegal substances is allowed from the start of the event (Welcome dinner) until the end of the event (Winners ceremony).
Smoking is ONLY allowed with the consent of other players in the group, and we ask players to refrain from smoking when they are in the areas of the course where there are more spectators.
All players are expected to dress appropriately and to maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance before, during and after tournament rounds. All players must wear a shirt covering their upper chest area. A well-tailored shirt with a collar and sleeves covering the upper arm shall be considered acceptable. Tank tops are not allowed for any competitor, but women may wear sleeveless shirts with collars.
All competitors will play three rounds (one per day) with tee times designated to their group and 7:30 minute delay between groups (or possibly a bit longer delay before the start of the leading group).
In dependence to the number of registered players and expected length of play in a round it is possible that a 6-hole final round will be played by top 5 FPO and MPO players (as it is been played at past Drava Forester events), but a call on that will be made in March.
Tournament field is limited to 140 players and there is no division cap for Pro players but once Am division registration is open in Stage 4 there will be 30 player cap for Am players until Stage 5. The groups will consist of 5 players, with a possibility to have a few 4-person groups for lowest ranked and slower playing competitors.
Tournament registrations are open for FPO, FP40, MPO, MP40 and MP50 division while FA1 And MA1 divisions will open for registrations on February 11 (stage 4).
Ties for first place in any division will result in sudden death playoff starting from hole 8. Sudden death will be over, when one of the players has won a hole. TD will provide detailed information before play offs.
In case that FPO and MPO finals are held ties for spots in the finals will be determined by sudden death playoff at holes played in the Finals, starting from hole 1. TD will provide detailed information before play offs.
